From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and guided to our reserved table. The staff’s professionalism and attentiveness were evident from the outset, creating a pleasant and inviting atmosphere. The service was seamless, with the team demonstrating a deep knowledge of the menu and offering helpful recommendations. The selection of tapas we ordered reflected the authentic flavours of Greek cuisine. Each dish was thoughtfully presented, and the freshness of the ingredients was noticeable. The only minor drawback was that the calamari was slightly saltier than I would have preferred, but this did not significantly detract from the overall experience. The chicken shawarma had that smoky, tender texture I look for, and the chicken tikka with rice was excellent: moist pieces of chicken, fragrant spices, and the rice was fluffy and fragrant. “I ate here with my son this afternoon. We had a main each and shared a side dish. We both thoroughly enjoyed our food, it was delicious, fresh and well presented. They were good portion sizes, plenty for us and it wasn’t a long wait. The atmosphere was lovely and relaxed. The young lady serving us was friendly, polite and also helpful when we enquired about different dishes. £44 for our meals and a drink each was good value. We will definitely be back and will visit again with friends.”

“My sister and I attended a Thai cookery experience at Thaikhun in Soinningfields Manchester. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole session. It was very well organised starting with a hot drink on arrival and a cocktail or mocktail with the main course that we had cooked. Noon and Layla were excellent teachers, explaining all the ingredients and processes in detail and making the whole experience interesting and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this as a fun thing to do with family and/or friends. We left with an apron, a book of recipes, a 15% discount voucher for the restaurant and leftovers from the starter and main course we had cooked.”

“Visited Grindhouse for a quick bite and a coffee to avoid the usual big chains that you can't move for falling over. Friendly staff and service. Had scrambled eggs on sour-dough and I have to say - eggs are easy to get completely wrong and I was very happy that these were completely right! The coffee was also very, very good. My better half had the French toast and reported that it was "very nice" (high praise!) and just the right amount not to make you feel like Jabba the Hutt.”

He managed to serve our order within minutes and even made sure the kids got exactly what they wanted — that truly made a difference. The food was absolutely delicious — it tasted just like homemade! This was my second visit within a month, and I must say, the experience was consistently excellent. Highly recommended!”

“It’s my first time with the restaurant. Fortunately, it was a nice experience through delivery service, as it was fast and I got warm fresh food. I ordered double cheesed burger, it was a good and delicious but too meaty as it has four layers of meat, therefore I preferred the cheesed burger which has only two layers of meat which also considered as a good portion sandwich. Also, I had one freebird chicken burger, it was fresh, simple and hot. It’s not the best but it was very good. All cost me around 30 pounds, but it was enough for 2 normal eaters.”

Many other options such as alternative lattes and teas. Also new cakes & pastries available each week. Small seating space downstairs, or large benches and sofas for groups upstairs.”
