Micro braids, requested extremely fine braids, plated to mid length - 18 inch in lengths, 2 people on it, took less time than I thought it would, didn’t hurt, friendly atmosphere, always checking in to make sure it was how I wanted it. Will definitely be my go to hairdresser for micro braids.”

“Texture release treatment. I am so blown away by Marianne professionalism, kindness and knowledge. I was so nervous about doing a Texture release as this was the first time I've done this on my hair. I booked an appointment and then spoke to Marianne. She was so understanding and even encouraged me to take time to think about it. I finally made my mind up. I am so glad I did. The salon is beautiful , welcoming, a great atmosphere with massage chairs for hair wash. Marianne explained the treatment and steps and gave me so many tips to look after my hair. The shop is well laid out, bright and easy to navigate, with a wide range of products – from health and beauty to toiletries, baby essentials and seasonal gifts. The pharmacy service is excellent too, very reliable and efficient, which makes picking up prescriptions really convenient. The staff are always welcoming, professional and willing to go the extra mile to help you find what you need. I’ve always found the shelves well stocked and prices competitive, especially with the Advantage Card offers. It’s also in a great location on Elk Mill Shopping Park with plenty of free parking right outside, so it’s very easy to pop in while doing the rest of your shopping. Overall, a brilliant Boots branch that combines convenience with excellent customer service. Definitely recommend!”
