The carpets now look and smell much better - almost as new for my 25 year old carpet, and I am really pleased with the quality of the company's work and service at a cost that I felt was reasonable and competitive. “I came into store today after booking a collection online. My experience was great. I was served quickly by a member of staff who was brilliant! I ordered Post Crete and it was heavy so, having a leg injury, I asked would someone please carry it to my car. They immediately said they would! They were great to chat to in thw process, asked me how I was with my injury, etc. Great member of staff and very professional, fast service. I'll have to pop in more!
