“We have used Ogden lyles and Fox for many years and in particular LB mentioned in the review below and were actually involved in the particular deal reviewed. The deal was much more complicated than stated with the buyers solicitor causing issues and many holdups along the way. It might have taken 215 days but not all these delays were attributed to LB or OL&F, they included the death of the purchasers mother and a 3 month delay due to me contracting Sepsis and being on organ support in ICU.
