“Love this cafe. As a veggie the soup of the day was chicken but the owner James set to and made me the most delicious mushroom and sweetcorn soup ever . The prices cant be beaten in this place (large full English £4.95) and the menu extensive with a mix of English and Carribean all sounds delicious. James looks so calm under pressure as he was alone cooking and serving when we called in but everyone served in no time..my favourite place to eat when in Bolton.”

“What can I say about The Dawg House, such a fantastic place for our Cockapoo Henry. He gets so excited when you just say ‘ the dawg house’ & can hardly sit down when we are going. The staff are so professional & you can tell how much they love the dogs. To us it’s better than we could wish for. Well worth the money & the things they do are just so fantastic, from photos to videos to cards at holiday times (Christmas, Easter etc). A BIG Thank you to Sophie & the brilliant staff for looking after our Henry x”

“Interesting first visit to this place. Power cut during the live show, a drunk horse that looked like it could do with a kebab, the snooker table was a bit wonky and the fruit machine appeared to pay out in Deutsche Marks. The psychic offended my dad, who isn't remotely interested in touching up children. I got white gloss on my new jacket, and there were smouldering tissues in the toilet waste bin where someone had lobbed a cigar. The door staff also made inappropriate comments about the opening hours of my girlfriend's legs. Bar staff great, but the optics could probably do with lowering a bit as they were serving shorts in vases. The new Japanese lager they were promoting certainly packs a punch and got me absolutely wasted. Kids' play area was decent with a great snake-themed bouncy castle and a Berry chew dispenser. Unfortunately I didn't get any action when we got home as the machine selling the flavoured contraceptives appeared to be 10 years out of date. Overall, best place I've been for ages. Will be back :)”

Home from home environment, arts and crafts, baking, walks and adventures, outdoor play and childminder playgroup sessions (singing and dancing, bouncy castles, yoga, reptiles). Healthy, home cooked meals provided. Highly recommend Lisa to any parents looking for a safe but fun environment for their little ones”

“Our little one has been at the swinton setting for 3 and a half years and I couldn’t fault anything! The staff who work here are just amazing and really work with the child and the child’s capabilities which was a big stand out for us! I couldn’t have wished for better! The management team are great, Clare, Lynn & JoJo! Kate, Hannah, Flavia & Danielle in particular are outstanding members of staff and has been wonderful to have them as almost extended family for so long! Will miss these guys and this setting A LOT!
