“I left booking our cocker spaniel in for a full groom prior to going on holiday extra late but Chloe couldn’t have been anymore helpful and managed to squeeze us in at very short notice. Not to mention our doggo was in desperate need of a really good cut and tidy up. Victoria was lovely and so reassuring, explaining the process and ensuring Teddy felt safe with her. “Had my hair done by sam. I had an absolutely lovely time and was pampered to high heavens. She took her time with me during my consultation to make sure she knew what I wanted and didn't want and kept me in the loop during every process. My hair came out incredibly stunning. I even brought my 6 months old son to my appointment and was so understanding when I had to tend to him. She had plenty cuddles aswell. I also came in the following day for my first ever spray tan with macy and was nervous as didn't know what to expect. She talked me through the process and I instantly felt at ease and comfortable. Never felt so glowy. 100% recommend”
