“The 1st thing I should mention is that I am an absolute OCD freak and as such expected a high standard from a paid for service. I left little 'clues' around my house before leaving for work just to check and I was pleasantly surprised on my return as nothing was missed. I've never met any of the cleaning team as they have a key but when Nicola visited me initially to quote, she immediately struck me as charming, professional and I had no problem whatsoever entrusting her with the job. “Placed an order a few days ago and left an honest review due to a bad experience. Fireaway told me to give them a call to discuss the issue, they were really apologetic and resent the first meal I ordered. I have to say, the meathead pizza was really good, one of the only places that does good ham. I also had one of their margherita’s with added garlic butter, it was really good, I highly recommend that. The kinder cookie is nice if you like cookies. Thank you to the staff for being understanding, I appreciate it.”

“Chris is 1st class from 1st point of contact right through to delivery. He was very patient whilst we was trying to sort a delivery date, he turned up early and looked very professional. He hooked the caravan up and I have to say not once did I feel nervous whilst following him even on some dodgy roads. Once on site he put it on the pitch. “Couldn't get through to our normal pizza place this evening. My friend had mentioned Twelve previously so we decided to try it and were very impressed. As others have said, staff are friendly and the food fresh. It is also the best pizza I have had for years - certainly the best I have had in the UK. I very rarely give 5 stars but they are worth it.”

“It is one of the best pizzerias in town, if not the best. The pizzas are piping hot, fresh, well prepared with love and passion. I had had their Pepperoni, Tandoori Chicken and Jerk Chicken pizzas previously and they were all scrumptious and flavorsome, highlighting their commitment to making a pizza most suitable for your appetite. I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a place with not only good-quality but freshly served pizzas with an absolutely lovely and cordial atmosphere thanks to the wonderful people running the place! “What a lovely little restaurant. We ordered garlic bread with cheese - amazing. Then cannelloni and risotto for main. Both came piping hot and very tasty. Sticky toffee pudding and profiteroles for pudding. The profitaroles were the best I've ever tasted. Service was speedy and reasonably priced. Under £60 for 2 with drinks. Definitely worth a visit. They also offered gluten free pasta and pizza.”

“Working my way through the extensive and varied menu. Pizzeria Bella Italia never disappoints. Even if you can't eat pasta there is something for everyone. My favourite starter is their garlic mushrooms....omg so divine!!! Who'd of thought how delicious the humble mushroom can be when cooked the way Bella does. I can't fault the food, quality, staff, atmosphere and magic of this lovely restaurant in Bury. It is popular with all age groups and families as well as couples. I had mussels in garlic and white wine. The veg is al dente and beautiful. I always look forward to dining here as the food and staff make you feel at home and always welcoming.”

“I am a student midwife and my uniform was very big and ill fitting. I went here and asked if they would alter my uniform to make it more fitting, and that I needed it in a timely manner and within 2 days it was done! I picked it up and all the alterations are amazing. They tapered, hemmed and brought the waist in perfectly! I also asked them to wash it whilst it was there and its come out brill. I will 100% be using these again in the future! Thank you!”
