“A trip down memory lane to a beautiful spring day following a beautiful Bachata workshop hosted by factory international based in Manchester; led to an impromptu dinner at Suki Suki- famously known for their ramen! Lucky to be sat upstairs without a reservation, the interior of the restaurant carries a beautiful intimacy perfect for an escape from the bustle and hustle of the streets of deansgate. Opting to try other menu options, our table order included(from left to right): Yaki Udon with pork as the protein of choice 10/10- perfectly cooked with the right amount of spice and the pork was just perfect. Bang bang chicken served with the egg noodle was delightful, with the sweet and spicy blended and perfectly balanced. 10/10 Served with salt and pepper chips which you cannot go wrong with!also 10/10 The food was delicious, definitely a welcomed surprise as my sister and I were absolutely famished. The portions were large and perfect for sharing. Whether you are a solo diner, table for 2/4/6, it is modelled to accommodate any group size. Now, I would advise to book in advance if you want to be seated upstairs, the intimacy it offers is worth it. Will I be coming back to try more on the menu? Yes yes and yes! I appreciated how fast the service was considering it was a full room, the staff were very attentive and ensured we had everything we needed! I haven’t got the receipt this time, but the prices for the quality served 100% worth it and cost about £37.29- this includes a glass of white wine. Also if you are like us and end up being full with some food left on your plate, don’t be shy to ask the staff for takeout! Enjoy.”

“I got a delivery so can’t rate the atmosphere but I can tell you that the food was absolutely delicious was also hot and ready to eat apart from the fried chicken but I didn’t mind. Delivery was quick but was a bit pricey as I paid £25 in total for curry mutton rice and peas and coleslaw and fried chicken but that’s uber eats I guess. But was delicious so THANK YOU”

“Good position, high quality food, with a great variety of meals to accommodate all dietary needs. Great tasty and delicious dishes at a fair sustainable price. Wine and drinks menu with several options, including soft and alcohol free drinks. Kind and professional personnel, capable of making you feel welcome and cared about with also suggestions and guidance in exploring the menu. The owner and his staff make the difference, as you can feel their passion, their vibes and their attention in they taking care of all customers. Highly recommended!”

“Fantastic service and food. We had a birthday dinner for two and they made the birthday girl feel special. Ambiance was modern and luxurious. We had starters of arancini and croquettes that were delicious. Mains we opted for steaks that were perfect with a cherry & almond dessert. All of this was absolutely divine. “This is an absolute treat! Instead of being in France due to industrial action, we sought to bring France to us and so glad we did. The food was high quality and in comfortable surroundings. Steak tartare as good as I have ever had (minus the egg yolk, because this in Britain!). A touch on the pricey side, but in this particular case, you do get what you pay for. Very good”

“Stayed at travelodge lodge central arena as we were staying in Manchester seeing a show, ordered Don Bravo at 11.30pm, arrived before midnight however was missing 2 chips. I rung them and within 15 minutes they had delivered 2 piping hot fresh chips. Food was really good, service was great. I would recommend as well as order again. Thank you.”

“Excellent pub serving Cloudwater (a Manchester brewery) beers on draft and keg. Originally opened as a pop-up bar called the Pilcrow, but it became so popular that it became a permanent fixture. Large outdoor seating is perfect for those rare days when the sun comes out.”

“Stayed here for a night and had a really lovely experience. The hotel is beautifully designed, the room was stylish and comfortable, and the location is ideal, right in the city but surprisingly quiet, even with the trams nearby. The staff were friendly, the bar downstairs was great for a drink, and breakfast in the morning was solid. The only small hiccup was that I'd requested a sewing kit, and it didn’t get brought up as promised, so I had to go down to reception to get it myself, which made me a bit late. I understand things get busy, though. Aside from that, everything else was great. I’ve stayed at a few Hotel Indigos and this one definitely held up, I’d be happy to stay again.”

“We had the 5 course tasting menu and as soon as we had the first course, instantly regretted not having the 12 course. Everything we ate was absolutely fantastic, we luckily sat at a table right next to the kitchen and was incredible to see the chefs at work. Revisited in April 2022, the updated menu just keeps on getting better, plenty of plant based options if you have non-meat eaters in your party. “Their kobida with naan was perfect — juicy, well-seasoned, and the naan fresh and just soft enough to soak up all the flavors. The chicken shawarma had that smoky, tender texture I look for, and the chicken tikka with rice was excellent: moist pieces of chicken, fragrant spices, and the rice was fluffy and fragrant. “My sister and I attended a Thai cookery experience at Thaikhun in Soinningfields Manchester. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole session. It was very well organised starting with a hot drink on arrival and a cocktail or mocktail with the main course that we had cooked. Noon and Layla were excellent teachers, explaining all the ingredients and processes in detail and making the whole experience interesting and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this as a fun thing to do with family and/or friends. We left with an apron, a book of recipes, a 15% discount voucher for the restaurant and leftovers from the starter and main course we had cooked.”
