After much deliberation concerning how best to avoid a huge bill for our neighbour I suggested getting a quote from Williams in Bolton where she bought the car. She spoke to Lauren at the body repair centre who took her through all the details including how to pursue a claim should the neighbour baulk at the repair cost leaving my wife much more at ease. We took the car down to the centre and Lauren's colleague Kevin came out to look at the damage. A twelve inch black scratch, went back in the office and returned with a polishing gun and some polishing compound and less than a minute later the car was good as new. How much for the repair? Absolutely nothing. I am sure our neighbour will be pleased when we tell them! I was expecting a bill and a receipt. Now that's what I call service. If we have any more bodywork issues we will be coming back. Even if it does cost money next time!!”
