Romantic dinner in Salford

“Had a lovely family meal here, and the staff were so friendly and accomodating. Management here is clearly exceptional, as the service was very quick and everyone was very polite and helpful. A special mention to Rob who went above and beyond for my family, making sure all the food and drinks were ok (I can confirm they were delicious). Will definitely return on my next trip to Manchester!”

“Friendly staff and incredible food! I’m usually quite harsh on food admittedly, but Chando’s is fresh & incredibly good value. Best sweet and sour sauce I’ve tried, chips are always crispy and not mushy, not much is frozen that I’ve had and generally just good solid. Get on Just Eat!”

“Our favorite place for ribs! We always order buffalo ribs and were never disappointed. Great and fast service. Nice atmosphere. Just a note, they don’t serve any alcohol, but there are plenty places around if you want to go before or after. Looking forward to coming again.”

“The food was delicious, the preparation didn't take so long. First I got the starter which is the mozzarella sticks with sauce and the pizza came after that by around 10 min. I got the stretched dough so the dough was thin but the pizza looked bigger, Beef pizza. And lastly was the dessert, vanilla cheese cake it was too sweet and they put their 6 year anniversary small chocolate next to it. So far the service was good since I was there at 12:30 am on Monday. Not many people were around since it's working time. The music was fine not a big fan of songs and stuff.”

“Very good place, I would personally come back again. The price is cheap in my opinion comparing to other similar Chinese restaurant nearby. If you like Peking duck, this is the right place, but make sue you give this restaurant a call to check if there are any ducks left. Lastly, toilet is super clean, which is a bonus for me.”

“Have been here multiple times and always get the chicken/beef fried ho fun and Hamon Style Vermicelli Noodles for a sweet and tangy taste. The food never disappoints. There is a huge variety of dishes to choose from. Ambience and atmosphere is cosy and authentic. Not an appropriate setting for a romantic date. The portions are large, can easily share 1 between 2.”

“I came here for my birthday meal and I would recommend to anyone, the service was lovely everything was well explained without being overbearing, tablets are intuitive and easy to order from. We ordered 5 dishes each for £21 per person which gave us 10 to share between us and we struggled to finish, for small plates they’re very filling. Though we ordered primarily sushi, there’s lots of variety in flavours and options for dietary restrictions so there’s something everyone would be happy with here. The food was great, out fast and presented beautifully. I was even brought a birthday brownie at he end of the meal which was very sweet. We’d definitely come again (:”

The atmosphere is lovely, and we love the location, overlooking exchange square, it feels so light and bright. We mostly had pasta, and one risotto, and all the food was excellent. “I was put off coming here to eat because of some of the reviews but decided to try it tonight as I am on a course and in Manchester for 6 weeks . I had the kebab sandwich with donner kebab and lamb seekh kebab and a side portion of chips . I ordered online and collected myself . The kebab and chips were amazing , 5 star all the way . Really hot and fresh and good quality food . The restaurant is immaculately clean , you could eat off the floor . The man who served me was lovely , polite and helpful. I was £15 for my meal and it was enough for 2 people so very reasonable in price . I will definitely be back . It has also taught me not to rely on reviews from others as my experience was a 5 star one yet other reviews are very different . I would highly recommend , give it a go and make your own mind up . “For anyone looking for somewhere to eat that's a bit quieter than The Dockyard you'll like this and be pleasantly surprised at how it's not much more expensive. Every time I'm here the food looks and tastes great, the staff are friendly and I always feel welcome as its relaxed atmosphere is streets away from the boistrousness of nearby venues. Watch out for match day offers, happy hour and other decent offers.”

“Brilliant service. Ordered over the phone to collect and was hardly even a 5 minute wait and even then I was apologised to. I was then asked how I would like my pizza and was even asked if it was cooked to my liking when finished. The food was gorgeous and no complaints. Really polite too.”
