“We visited Australasia for our anniversary and had the most incredible experience from start to finish. The atmosphere is stunning—chic, warm, and intimate—perfect for a special occasion. Every dish we tried was beautifully presented and bursting with flavour, and the mocktails were just as creative and delicious. What really made the evening unforgettable was the service. The staff were attentive, friendly, and genuinely cared about making our night special. They even surprised us with a gorgeous “Happy Anniversary” dessert, which was such a thoughtful touch. Australasia exceeded all our expectations, and I cannot recommend it highly enough for anyone looking for exceptional food, amazing service, and a beautiful setting. We’ll definitely be back!”

Revisited in April 2022, the updated menu just keeps on getting better, plenty of plant based options if you have non-meat eaters in your party. “Their kobida with naan was perfect — juicy, well-seasoned, and the naan fresh and just soft enough to soak up all the flavors. The chicken shawarma had that smoky, tender texture I look for, and the chicken tikka with rice was excellent: moist pieces of chicken, fragrant spices, and the rice was fluffy and fragrant. “We enjoyed our visit yesterday. After 3 years since I lasted visited, we decided t9 come back again and we can't regret that decision. The service from Shimi was just lovely, she really took care of us and was also there to make sure we enjoyed every bit of it. We booked for 2 and the table and chair was not spacious but the manager was so thoughtful to change our seats when we requested. That's lovely and beautiful. We shall come back again.”

“Being in my early 40s now and having many Chinese takeaways over 3 decades, this is absolutely hands down our favourite Chinese and the only place we get from now! As you can see in the pic the sweet and sour chicken melts in the mouth, very generous portions such as the salt and pepper chicken which is our favourite starter, super friendly and efficient staff and very reasonable prices, cannot recommend highly enough! “It’s my first time with the restaurant. Fortunately, it was a nice experience through delivery service, as it was fast and I got warm fresh food. I ordered double cheesed burger, it was a good and delicious but too meaty as it has four layers of meat, therefore I preferred the cheesed burger which has only two layers of meat which also considered as a good portion sandwich. Also, I had one freebird chicken burger, it was fresh, simple and hot. It’s not the best but it was very good. All cost me around 30 pounds, but it was enough for 2 normal eaters.”

“Fantastic pub right in the heart of Manchester. Sam smiths brewery so you know exactly what you're getting. Larger for £2.80 is an absolute steal these days. Lovely country pub feel inside and good size beer garden. Can get busy when football and events on so plan accordingly!”
