“My experience here since I came back after illness have been wonderful. I can't say enough about the staff who act so professionally, they are welcoming, pleasant, helpful and they make your time at the facility that more enjoyable. I am very impressed by the cleanness off the place and how great the staff are at ensuring the covid threat is reduced by their awareness and actions to combat this virus. “My kids started here in 2017 and my last left 2023. Overall I found this place fantastic!! Helpful team and management. Friendly, warm and invested staff. Yes there was bumps on the way, but nothing major and always addressed straight off by management. Overall approachable. It was like home from home for my kids. They loved it. Great activities, great food, good structure and encouragement. Building confidence along the way. I couldn't have worked without them and my kids were happy there. That's a huge burden lifted leaving your little ones to go to work. That they are safe and happy. Thank you KPHB!! It's been great. Xx”
