Justina is very motivational, understanding, and gets results. I have changed many lifestyle habits already and mentally after each session, I feel great. I have now booked 5 further sessions, and I will be seeking more as time goes on. The lady at Dexter's was so helpful, explaining that the food we were providing was not satisfying enough. We tried the recommended food and the difference has been amazing.
