“Prima oven stopped working just before Xmas. tripping the consumer unit. Popped into the shop, lovely lad sorted me an appointment, phoning his Dad to squeeze us in between jobs. Brian was round same morning. He knew straight away what the issue was- had all the parts needed, fixed and tested, as a bonus he also managed to change the broken oven light bulb which had always refused to come all the times I have tried.
