He provided clear and consistent guidance during the performance of Umrah, ensuring I was supported and fully informed at each stage. When my mother required a wheelchair to complete her Umrah, Amr arranged this with great efficiency and consideration, allowing her to participate comfortably and with dignity. During my time in Makkah, I experienced a period of illness, and Amr provided valuable assistance by accompanying me to the hospital and facilitating my treatment. His calm approach and reliability offered significant reassurance to both me and my mother. The ziyarah visits were also well structured, with ample time allocated for reflection and prayer. Every aspect of the itinerary was managed with care and professionalism, contributing to a smooth and spiritually fulfilling experience. Overall, I found Mayar Travel to be a highly organised and trustworthy company. Amr’s leadership, attention to detail, and commitment to the wellbeing of each pilgrim were evident throughout. Amanda was great, she trawled through so many options, destinations, dates and airports to try and get us away this week - took all the stress away from our morning ordeal, checked us in, everything sorted and fir a good price too.
