I was forced to get a taxi to Manchester from Middleton for work, as the buses weren’t running as they should. I’ve just had to get out mid journey to withdraw cash from a machine that charges £1.99. So I’ve been forced to pay a £15 taxi then pay £1.99 for the trouble of withdrawing cash just to suit the company’s ignorance. This day and age it’s absolutely incredible that you can’t pay for a taxi with a card. Lovely drivers and clean cars most of the time, and lovely people on the phones, and they turn up when they say they will.”
