“Great!!! I’m receiving treatment for patellar tendonitis in my left knee. After years of pain and trying to get the NHS to help me I have ended up coming to Blackberry for PRP treatment (2 Injections so far). I can honestly say that after one injection the pain I have had for 3 years from just walking has disappeared. It has only been 4 weeks and I have gone back for a 2nd injection, so hoping for even better results, but the ultrasound looks promising. The staff friendliness, knowledge and treatment from the staff was really great. I saw Simon and he went through all the options available to me, and then carried out the treatment. I highly suggest visiting if you are in pain and need to speak to someone for more advice.”

“My local gym and it's fantastic. Staff are really helpful and welcoming, facilities are always clean and it has a good range of workout facilities, gym, classes and swimming. They also communicate when there are issues so you can avoid disappointment before turning up and it's also very well priced for membership.”

I desperately needed to fill the hours between the site sighting excursions planned by my host family. The staff was kind and accommodating and locker/shower facilities were satisfactory. The hot tub wasn’t working one day and not hot the other, but the steam room was just what I needed to unwind. Although I was far from home, I felt perfectly comfortable.”

“NBC is one of those off-beat stay overs. Big comfortable beds, great showers, quiet location, free on-site parking & about 15 mins from Central MK railway (40 mins into London). Breakfast is simple and self serve. Staff are incredibly helpful. Highly recommended.”

“Without doubt the most relaxing place to kick back and unwind, we stopped by for a quick drink in the hot weather and what an oasis it was, the young lady behind the bar was pleasant and efficient and the view of the lake from the decking is amazing. My only gripe is they don't serve food, even a sandwich would be nice”

“I’ve been using Shenley Church End Leisure Centre for 20+. Excellent customer service, plenty of facilities and great football pitch (perfect size for 7 a side with very competitive pricing). However, the centre is a bit dated. Shout to Mo on reception. She’s brilliant!”

Tries his best to ensure the children have a go independently at all the different activities for the day. Really impressed with them.”

“We joined James at TMKA Wolverton as my six year old had an interest in kickboxing. James is a fantastic Sensei (Teacher) he speaks to the children in a great tone and manner. The confidence these classes have provided my son since he started is unbelievable and, only being able for the months that it has been open due to Lockdown, TMKA carried on throughout lockdown via zoom lessons which was great to keep that routine in place. Highly recommend James and his team at TMKA Wolverton”

“I have been using the facilities at Woughton Leisure Centre more than 30 years starting with my sons learning to swim who are now adults with their children having done swimming lessons there this past summer. I learnt to swim there when I retired in 2021 and now hold a swim membership. As well as swimming I have played badminton weekly again over 35 years. Apart from the facilities the staff have without fail offered a highly professional and friendly service in particular Hannah, Mark, Dean and Niki. Twice I had brain fog and confused about which locker I thought was mine , Mark and Hannah came to my rescue and were very understanding when they assisted me on finding my correct. Woughton Leisure plays a very important role in keeping me healthy.”

“I popped in here whilst my car was still in the garage for late repair. I visited this centre on Monday 27/10/25 at around 4pm. The facility is good, and has free weight gym, swimming pool, sauna and steam. Very spacious leisure centre. What stood out the most were the kind receptionists. They helped me out with a day pass, gave me a tour of the facility and showed me where everything was. Thank you for making my visit accommodating.”

“Not sure what the same person who wrote the 1 star review is on about lol. I take my children 3 times a week for swimming lessons and rookie life guard training. Teachers and staff are always friendly and happy to help we have been going for 5 years and had no issues. The showers could do with an update but never seen mould!. Can’t be that bad if the lessons are always full and have a massive swimming club.”
