Despite being quite clearly extremely busy, all of the team members who dealt with me did so with kindness and care. Booked appointments and walk ins were be handled as well as possible. I also witnessed a member of the team treated very unkindly by a customer in front of the whole store and they remained calm and professional throughout, continuing to show kindness and offering as much help to the customer as possible, despite the unfair way they had been treated.
