When it comes to staff, I would bump the rating up to 6 stars. Paul is amazing, will sit down and work with you to get you what you want. He will advise if there is something that isn't going to work and give helpful advice on how to adapt the art to keep the same values, but work around any issues. The atmosphere in the studio is relaxing, friendly and a cup of tea is always on offer. I've spent close to 20 hours in the chair and would happily spend countless hours more.
