“We reached out to trail finders to help add a relaxing holiday onto an existing trip. We spoke to Tracey who was very knowledgable and incredibly helpful. After understanding what we liked, and disliked, she advised on the different options we should consider, as well as those that would avoid 1 way flights and thus keep the cost down. After picking the area we wanted to go, Tracey was thorough in finding the best places and trips to make our holiday extra special. We weren’t the easiest customer, looking to explore different versions and options, but Tracey was super friendly, helpful and flexible throughout, working hard to find cost effective solution, not focusing on problems, to allow us to get exactly what we were looking for. If you’re looking to book a holiday, then I’d advise making a beeline for Tracey. Our holiday looks incredible and I very much believe it’s that much better for having Tracey helping us. “I just want to take the time to say thank you sooo much to the lady at milton keynes Virgin holidays , I was at a loss with a screaming baby with no where to comfortably breastfeed him, I toke the chance and ask if I could hide in their shop. She gave me somewhere to sit, offered me food and drinks and had a lovely conversation with me making me feel so comfortable after the rude people I'd had to deal with in the main shopping centre. I dont know the lady by name but You was truly my angel on Saturday 14th December, so thank you for your true kindness.”

“I went to the Milton Keynes office a few days ago with my husband and I would just like to say what a lovely experience we had on the day. I was very sceptical of the entire thing and so was my husband. On arrival we was greeted by a really nice man called Curtis and his boss Richard. They went through the company's membership that they do. I was really surprised how laidback they was. They wasnt pushy at all and we all had a good laugh together. I actually thought the deal of the membership is actually a really amazing deal but due to work commitments me and my husband have, it wouldn't benefit us. At the end we did as told prior to going, received our voucher for our free holiday, night at the Jurys inn and a meal out voucher. Thank you Curtis and Richard for not being pushy salesman and actually just having a laugh with us. Defo recommend the membership and both of you.”

“Very quick response to my first email, Jason was pleasant, listened carefully to my details, made a note of them and said he would call back when he had got flights available. He called back within 10 minutes and gave me the choices. When I agreed to the flights he said he would hold them for 24 hours until my visa came through. The visa arrived, we spoke again and he sorted everything for me to get to Australia. Very happy with the service he gave.”

“From walking into the store my experience with Kuoni has been fantastic. All agents are welcoming & friendly. Vicky looked after me from choosing my hotel to flight information ect. I was able to book my whole holiday the same day completely stress free. Vicky was beyond helpful with any questions or concerns I had, she listened and communication was outstanding from start to finish. My Holiday was amazing, lovely hotel which was recommended by the team. I love that we got a travel guide with restaurant suggestions and things not to miss. Transport booked for us was extremely smooth and helpful (our flight was cancelled due to bad weather) which meant staying an extra day. The Kirker company couldn’t of been more accommodating/helpful about the situation. Will definitely be using this travel agent again :).”

“Stayed at the Omega Inn and it was excellent. Clean room, quiet, close to the centre of Milton Keynes. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, cooktop, dishwasher and integrated fridge, washing machine also built in. Only real negative was no free to air tv, only Netflix. Would certainly stay there again.”
