“A nice area of Yarmouth to spend time in. The area has been rejuvenated and looks good now. Peaceful and well tended with near zero litter, some nice planting and lake area.”

“A fantastic glamping experience. We booking Sitting Sam for four nights for a midweek break and we thoroughly enjoyed every moment. The site is tranquil and peaceful with 7 other units also sharing the same areas. Our tipi came fully equipped with a double bed, dresser and bedside tables, lamp and power points. There was also a lovely little log burner for the colder nights however it was not needed in the first week of June ☀️ the decking for the Tipi had a wonderful wood fired hot tub, picnic bench and two comfortable wooden outdoor rocking chairs. A small kitchenette was to the back which was furnished with all the essentials, crockery and cutlery, a gas hob, grill and oven and running hot/cold water for washing up. A small fridge with icebox was perfect for keeping our drinks cold. Adjacent to the kitchen was a toilet and shower room with running hot/cold water. All towels were provided. We opted for a charcoal BBQ with all the charcoal and fire lights provided, and we enjoyed cooking our evening dinners atop hot coals. The wood fired hot tub took a couple of hours to heat up and was delightful for relaxing into the late evening with a glass of wine of Gin & Tonic. The site was very close to local facilities with two supermarkets easily reached in 10-minutes. Everyone we came across was friendly and helpful and huge thanks to Colleen for her prestay courtesy call and friendly helpful service throughout our stay. We loved our time at Swallow Park and will be back soon.”

“Accommodation was perfect condition and size for 4 adults and a child, dog friendly all around the park, indoor and out, and Accommodate all housing equipment that you wouldn't normally expect. Staff are friendly, but we're times we had to wait to be served, or desks were empty. The youngest (4) did the paddle boats, but was the only booking at that time, so was provided extra toys to play and just swim and do things at her own pace. The lifeguard (Alex) was absolutely lovely and engaged with and helped when needed Highly recommend!!!”

“Nice fun park the prices are not that over price and not too busy in the day but at night when they have the fireworks in Hemsby this place gets rammed to hell as it is so busy”

“Very cool Christmas spectacular. Highly recommend. It was very cool with lots of talented actors. Some famous ones were there too. Trust me when I say anything that you think will be there will be even better than you think! The storyline was kind of weird because there was only like 4 scenes of the main story but scrooge was very cool in it. Also there's a very funny comedian who cracks lots of jokes throughout the performance. Very cool and recommended!”

Gym is great, pool/ sauna/ steam room are EXCELLENT with the new changes and the general cleanliness and tidiness of the facility really stands out. “A 2 night stay with my wife for a weekend away. We had chosen a suite which is located away from the main hotel building. This offers a spacious accomodation comprising a large lounge area with mini fridge, a separate bedroom and a bathroom. This is the second time we had stayed at this particular Hotel in Norwich. The staff are attentive, professional but remain friendly and approacable. Breakfast is good, although I did not dine at the Hotel, booking would be recommended. The Hotel itself is approx 2 miles from Norwich centre so a walkable distance with the train station much closer, with suitcases it would only be a short taxi ride. Oaklands is certainly my preferred Hotel when staying in Norwich”
