“I had to take our dog in last minute to be put to sleep as he was very old and unwell. We were looked after by Roy, who was incredibly patient, calm, and compassionate throughout the whole process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made an extremely difficult moment feel a little more bearable. We couldn’t have asked for a better vet during such a heartbreaking time. To make it even more special, a card arrived in the post today with our dog’s paw print on it — such a thoughtful and touching gesture that meant so much to us.
