“I have been so impressed with the customer service by Alison - and her colleague Gayle. I purchased some bee design cushions and wanted six more. Alison went above and beyond to get them in store for me! They even recognised me as I was walking across the car park some time later - to update me on progress! Followed by a telephone call when they arrived. When I explained that I was going away for a fortnight - Gayle was very helpful stating that they would put my name on them ready for my return - and wished me a lovely trip.
