“We popped into Newbie & Me today to look at pushchairs and had the best experience thanks to Becky. She was absolutely brilliant – so friendly, patient and really knew her stuff. Even though it was her last day in the shop, she still spent well over an hour with us, showing us all the different options and helping us figure out what would suit us best. Nothing felt rushed or salesy, just genuinely helpful advice. Choosing a pram felt like a big decision for us, but Becky made it so much easier. We left feeling confident and excited about what we picked. Huge thanks to her – she was a massive help and such a lovely person to deal with.”
“I must say that I wasn't a fan when it was Wellers. Popped in the Crows Nest and it was a great experience. It's comfortable and cosy. Great atmosphere and staff. Decent prices. Will definitely be visiting again.”

“Quick delivery, well packaged and a fabulous looking hat. A bit more expensive than some other hat makers but for me, definitely worth it.”
“Staff are always friendly and helpful at this store and it is always tidy and well supplied with all sizes of stock.”
“My mum and I went into Stafford for a bit of shopping. We came to river island and was pleased with the items we found and was greeted by jeanie with a 15% discount which was always grateful. We decided to leave and come back to check on another item and if we can use the discount again which they accepted. They then surprised us with an early Christmas present of a £50 voucher which was well spent so thank you to River island and Jeanie for the surprise.”
“Great shop, the staff are so helpful and friendly! Found out for sure whether we have a store nearby where we live and also received a 15% coupon to use online or phone, Good sale in the shop Highly recommend here!”
“Rookery Wood formerly Tom Cobleighs has been here since the late nineties. One of the few places locally that you can get an all you can eat breakfast. Around 11.30 it changes to a carvery. Parking is free and there's ample spaces to be had. They have a beer garden and a separate smoking area by the entrance. Tried there all you can eat breakfast which was around £8 for another £2 you can get unlimited tea and coffee. Service is excellent as was the breakfast. Many thanks to Joe who served me who was very welcoming and sociable. What I liked is you have a toaster that you can toast your own bread which is far better than having it from under the heat lamps. The spread included bacon, sausage, black pudding, hash brown, scrambled eggs, fried eggs, tomatoes, beans and mushrooms also believe it or not Yorkshire pudding is also on offer. Would highly recommend Rookery Wood and with so many people here today many agree its the place to come to any morning for that breakfast experience.”
“Dashed in to buy shoes during a downpour on Tuesday 11th July just before closing. Didn’t get the shop attendant’s name, but she was fantastic. She couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. An asset to this small shop.”
“Absolutely beautiful bows, seller is a star she is always happy to help no matter the question, 1000% recommend!”
