“At very short notice I had to take my mum to hospital so I phoned to see if Helen possibly could bring my appointment forward a little. Not only did she do this, she came into work half an hour earlier for me. How kind! I had a glossing treatment and a cut and blow dry. I love that Helen always asks me how my hair has been and chats through my thoughts. I have very thick hair and Helen thins it out beautifully, so I leave the salon feeling fabulous. There’s such a friendly atmosphere in the salon too, great coffee and a relaxing head massage. If only every Saturday could start like this.
