I was anxious due to previous losses but the ladies were amazing, kind and understanding. There was no pressure to purchase and no upselling either. I spoke about a budget and was directed to the travel systems. I ordered the one I wanted and was told it could be more then 2 week delivery. I had regular phone calls to update me on the delays and although the negative comments state that items haven't arrived mine came sooner then expected. I loved the fact that I could test a massive range of travel systems with no pushy sales person and they also had a weighted baby which gave a realistic feel to the systems.
