“I recently visited Nando’s and had an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The moment I walked in, I was welcomed with a warm smile and a genuine friendliness that immediately set the tone for the meal. The service was attentive without being overbearing, and everything felt smooth, relaxed, and well-organized. The highlight of the service was definitely Ellie and Katie, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Ellie was cheerful and efficient, checking in at just the right times and making sure I felt comfortable. Katie was equally brilliant, offering recommendations on the sauces and sides, which turned out to be spot on. Their energy, professionalism, and kindness truly stood out and made the visit feel personal and special. As for the food—it was exceptional. The chicken was cooked perfectly: tender, juicy, and full of that signature Nando’s flavor. The sides were fresh, tasty, and served promptly, with everything arriving hot and beautifully presented. Every bite was a reminder of why Nando’s is such a reliable favourite. Overall, it was an outstanding visit. Thanks to Ellie and Katie, along with the consistently delicious food, I’ll definitely be coming back soon.”
