He was very professional and gave a quote straight away which I was happy with. The next day he was delayed so couldn't turn up at the agreed time but kept in touch with me so that I knew when to expect him. On arrival he inspected the carpets and decided on the best chemicals to use and got to work. A couple of hours later the carpets were clean and the flat smelt fresher.
