The next day Lauryn came back to us and told us that the owner of the bungalow decided to turn down the offer of more money and go with us, how Lauryn talked him round I don't no but she was amazing, from then everything went smoothly we were past on to Steph who was the after sales team and she was also brilliant, she kept us up to date with the sale and conversed between us and the solicitor when needed.
