“After experiencing a long-term and extremely challenging bout of Covid-like symptoms last year, I was left feeling 'out of sorts' for months. Following several visits to the doctors in an attempt to address these persistent symptoms (tiredness, exhaustion, headaches, brain fog, ear/nose/sinus issues, muscle/joint pain etc.) to no avail, a friend recommended that I should go and see an Osteopath. This recommendation turned out to be fantastic, and after only a few sessions with Li I started to feel instantly better. I went with very little expectation, but through a combination of different therapies (including craniosacral), it somehow did the trick. I am now completely recovered, but intend to continue visiting Li and BTST on a regular basis as the service is so excellent. She's now 9 and her confidence and dancing ability/skills have grown so much under the thoughtful and kind tuition of Jilly and the other teachers at the school. She's also made great friends and had so much fun! There is a great blend of shows/performances (with very exciting costumes!) and examinations. No pressure for either - both done in a way that motivates and encourages. Each Saturday morning there are the following classes: ballet, tap, modern, musical theatre and gymnastic dance - something for everyone. I can't recommend this school and its lovely staff enough!”

It has a family ethos with each and every child being treated with care, understanding and empathy. The teachers are absolutely amazing and manage to get the best out of everyone.
