“My previous heating engineer recommended Met Gas for a new boiler installation as he no longer did those himself. We have been exceptionally pleased throughout the while process. Mike came to explain the options for the boiler and how to deal with the failure of the previous system to adequately warm a large north facing room. The estimate was fine, so we went ahead. The whole team - George who did the pre-installation hot flush, Alan who did the installation of the boiler and the two new radiators and Mark who came out to complete some pipe boxing in - did excellent jobs. We were very impressed with how neatly they worked and especially the re-laying of the carpets after the new radiators were fitted. George and Alan also did a couple of very small jobs - tap valve replacement and notifying someone to pick up the old metal work, and a small bit of pointing - within their time with us. The system is working well and the room needing extra heat is now very comfortable, so well done all and thanks.”
