Just drove in, requested 4 wheel alignment, said initially won't be able to do the back as bolts may snap, however once the car was up on the ramp and inspected they said they'd have a go at it. Mentioned I'm happy for just the front however they wanted to try and so I mentioned at you're own risk. They took the risk and managed to aligne all 4 wheels for an Xdrive. Can't fault the lads there, definitely will be going back to them even if it means having to travel bit further.”

“My Opel Vivaro camper van broke down and was recovered by the AA to Logix. After thorough investigation it was found that the cause of the engine failure was not detectable without further dismantling of the engine. It was then decided to have the van recovered to The Netherlands. Much to our surprise, Logix stated that they would not charge the hours spent on diagnostic work, because the cause of the failure had not been found yet. I my opinion this showes a high moral standard of this company. It goes without saying that they were fully entitled to charge me for the workshop hours, but they decided not to. Where, in the car repair business, do you find this level of fairness?”
