“Highly recommend! I needed a taxi for urgent vet trip on Christmas eve of all days. Had to be specifically one with a ramp as dog can't jump in anymore. Driver was happy to fit me in at the time I needed and arrived at the time I required. The price was pretty reasonable considering what day it is. Also massive thank you to the driver who was patient when getting her in the car as sometimes she refuses. Also very greatful to the driver for waiting while we were in the vets. After 10 minutes the vet had still not seen us so driver agreed to wait. Another 10 mins and still had not been seen but he continued to wait and then once out of the appointment the receptionists were taking a while to sort the meds and the driver decided to wait just a little bit longer as he knew we would struggle to find a taxi that would take us after that. Thank you so much, really appreciate that you did this for us as you really didn't have as not all taxi companies would be happy to wait or some would probably charge just for waiting. Will definitely recommend to others if anyone needs a taxi company in future.”

“The parish used A1 Express Travel at short notice to take us to a funeral in Shipley. The coach arrived exactly on time. The driver Paz stayed with us all day and patiently fit in a cafe stop when we arrived early, transported us from the church across town to the cemetery and then back to Bingley for refreshments. The coach was clean and comfortable, the driver friendly and very obliging. I have no hesitation in recommending A1 Express Travel and would be happy to use them again if the need arises. “Thank you so much to Alliance Transfer Service for a fantastic experience on our recent trip from Manchester Airport. The whole experience was so professional from start to finish. The booking process was very efficient & put us at ease straight away and we were also contacted on the day with all the details of who would collect us. Our flight turned out to be a nightmare, as it was delayed overnight, but nothing was too much trouble for Alliance. We knew Shehzad would have set off when we found out about the cancellation, but this was not an issue & he came for us the following morning. We couldn't imagine other taxi companies doing the same! Shehzad was fantastic, offering us bottled water & asking if we would like to stop for a break. The car was also immaculate.
