“I was bluelighted here by ambulance in October 2024 with a heart rate of 160bpm. I was petrified but the staff were brilliant with me. I wasn’t kept waiting to get treated. Only thing I was kept waiting for was a bed on AMU. It was 4am the next morning I was transferred to there. The ladies who bring you drinks were excellent and one lady was making us laugh. I was then transferred to ward A1 that afternoon at about 4pm where I stayed until my discharge 4 days later. The staff on there were very caring and helpful. They really are angels and the patient transport who took me home bonded with me because I was missing my cat and dog. They helped me into my house and they said awww they sure have missed you because of how my darling pets greeted me.
