I felt so welcomed by the staff on reception and they were extremely friendly & helpful. I then met with Dawie for the consultation, he was also so kind & explained the whole process & what we should do in order to get the best results but I did not once feel pressured into going ahead with the treatment. He listened to everything that I said & managed to squeeze me in last minute before my wedding which I will forever be grateful for. The follow up process afterwards was also outstanding. I felt like I was in such good hands the whole time which was really reassuring. I couldn’t stop smiling after my composite bonding & it has made me feel so much more confident & this is all down to Dawie & his team. “I developed an abscess over the weekend and by Monday morning I was in considerable pain. Rang Fair Oak Dental at 9am Monday and was given a 10:30am appointment. The tooth could not be removed immediately due to the infection and swelling but the tooth was drilled to relieve the pressure and I was put on a short course of antibiotics. An appointment was made for the Friday of the same week where the tooth, which had split, was painlessly removed. Excellent service throughout and I was kept informed all the way. Top marks!”
