No pressure to fight, no favouritism doesn't matter if you're a professional fighter, or there once a week to get fit, everyone is treated the same. The coaches are fantastic and so are the people. Very warming and welcoming gym with a range of lessons and coaches from K1 kickboxing, boxing, Judo, Bjj, MMA and cardio circuit training. The children's classes at the gym are packed and loaded with talented kids who allways leave with smiling faces. If you want your children to learn how to defend themselves and have fun whilst doing it, Can't recommend SCA enough.”
