I have to say that this was one of the best decisions I have made in years. From the time I arrived for my first consultation , I could not have been more impressed I was made to feel so welcome on my arrival . I was put at ease immediately by the very friendly staff and the overall environment. This clinic is immaculately clean comfortable and very well equipped. All CV 19 guidelines are still being observed, they were implemented so readily that you hardly noticed. Kelly and her Team practice professionalism skill knowledge care and compassion like second nature. ( I feel I am qualified to make this statement as I also work in a highly professional organisation were excellent standards skill knowledge care and compassion must be practised, so I always notice when I am in an excellent environment ). All this important stuff aside I absolutely must tell you how amazing my results are. I am absolutely over the moon. For me there was no bruising not much swelling, I walked out of the clinic looking and definitely feeling fabulous. So I have talked about the important stuff and told you about my fantastic results which are improving weekly. What really overwhelmed me was the aftercare call I received the very next morning, even though I was given check up appointments before I left the clinic. This is definitely client care in action.
