I've been fortunate enough to take classes with Jen, Leah, Beth and Charlotte, all of whom are brilliant instructors who always create a safe, welcoming and calm space during classes. The class sizes are not too big, and therefore they have the ability to check in with your posture and form to ensure you're seeing results, not sustaining injuries! In the last 4 months my flexibility, strength and posture have seen huge improvements, and I find myself excited to come to classes every single time I've booked in. Leah in particular has been fabulous, gently pushing me to achieve more in every class but always with encouragement. Pivot Therapies has well and truly changed my outlook on exercise and wellness in the past 4 months and I feel lucky to have this access to this lovely studio in my local area. I would highly recommend Pivot Therapies to anyone.”
