Sue was so friendly & welcoming from the off - she was professional, took care & her time to listen to exactly what I wanted - we shared a laugh & all in all I was so very very pleased with the outcome - she made me feel human again whilst keeping us both safe! All I can say is, I wish she was closer to me or that I could travel to her every 5 weeks or so! What a superstar! Top Notch! And if I'm ever in Leek again - this is where I will be HEADed!!! Secure, peaceful, and quiet. The most comfortable bed and we had an incredible sleep. Our dog Tillie thoroughly loved staying as the Lodge is dog friendly. Some nice walks were enjoyed. The wildlife in the garden was a joy to see, and we enjoyed the antics of nesting jackdaws. Highly recommended for a self-catering stay .. We will be back ❤️❤️❤️”
