They were always cheerful and dealt pragmatically with issues and problems as they arose - and without making a drama out of a crisis. “First time at Cassies but certainly wont be my last. My hair had been cut badly by the last 2 hairdressers i had used and i was at my wits end as to what to do next. I went to Cassies and she took the time to talk to me, discuss how i wanted my hair to look, examined my hair, found several problems, and discussed how they could be resolved and together we came up with a plan. I have never spent 90 minutes at a hairdressers, most it was 30minutes, but oh my goodness the result was amazing. It is going to take another cut or 2 to get my hair sorted completely, but with Cassies knowledge and commitment, i have no doubt my hair will be sorted and looking as it should. I even got a cup of tea, which i dont think i have ever had any where else. Thank you Cassie, your time, patience and understanding, as well as your knowledge and expertise is outstanding.
