I asked if I could use my reward points to buy this item. “ of course “. Was the reply. Then she told me it was on offer multi buy. I rushed over to get another identical item. There weren’t any more on the shelf. So when I returned to the counter. Jill kindly offered to order it in for me. I would still be able to use my reward points and get the multi buy offer. “Excellent pharmacy. If I have to wait I can just look around the store. Sometimes they have been short staffed, but hey, life happens, there is no need to be rude to the staff . The staff have never been anything but helpful to me and my husband, going above and beyond sometimes to phone and check on the medication he has been prescribed. Sometimes their advice is much clearer than the rushed consultation with the doctor. Just remember they probably know as much if not more than your doctor about the drug and it's uses and side effects, they are after all specialists in pharmacology. I am so glad we have this in store, my previous pharmacy took ages every time and there was no where to wait safely.”
