It was my duty to inform you that there was a £50 soiling charge. And u said you had no money on you and u gave me all your details etc. I then at that point took no money off you. You then phoned the company a day later giving alot of abuse. So to actually post about us when it wasnt actually anything to do with mistakes on our part when it was your doing. Maybe you should tell the truth !!!!”
