“Highly recommend!! Great first time car pickup experience! We normally use public transport, but the price was really affordable so we tried it. Will highly recommend! Ahmad, booking agent, was excellent and ensured we were all set with the easy instructions. Our driver, Stefano, was in contact with us through WhatsApp and tracked our slight delay. The ride was quick, and he was good natured and chatted with us, answering question we had. We even got to speak a little Italian with him (we live in Italia). 5 STARS!!”

“Went to watch The Rock Orchestra last night. It was an amazing venue and the was wonderful. Stage was huge and very large seating area, seemed like you would have a good view no matter where you sat. Sound and lighting was great. We didnt have a drink but they seemed to have lots on offer. Toilets were ok and there were plenty of cubicles. Venue staff were efficient and friendly.”

“Stayed here for 3 night from the 28th of July 2025, was made welcome from a lovely guy called CHRIS who assigned us room 103. I've stayed in many 5* hotels in America, Asia and Europe, and although this was a budget hotel CHRIS was by far the best front of house staff we ever encountered. Throughout our stay CHRIS was so helpful for any information we required and couldn't help us enough. We came as guests and left as friends. Thanks CHRIS.”

“Everything in the apartment you need, staff who run it are exceptional! So very helpful currently in Zebulun suite which we have found a little small for a family of three, more suited to a lone visitor or couple, that said we will certainly be coming back we will just ensure we book a bigger suite, location is excellent, plenty of shops in easy walking distance, and as I said the staff could not be more helpful , exceptional service throughout”

“Hotel currently closed but you can book airport parking here which is typically cheaper than parking in the airport itself. Five minutes or so walk to the airport. You can book through Justpark.”

“Thank you to all the staff. A special shout-out to the manager, Alan, for kindly keeping hold of my son’s cuddly toy for the best part of six months. As we live far away, we did not expect the hotel to keep it for so long, and we are extremely grateful. Our stay was very comfortable, but it was the staff who added that extra layer of welcome and hospitality. Thank you also to Cion (I hope I’ve spelt that correctly). My wife phoned the hotel ahead of my arrival to arrange collection. Although she couldn’t get through initially, Cion returned the call — something that rarely happens these days. I made the mistake of trying to carry my food and luggage to a seat and dropped it en route. The staff could have easily ignored me and let me buy another, but a server rushed over to help and bought new food over to my table, despite being only one of a few on a busy service. Good people make all the difference when things go wrong!”

“Terrible situation with your driver as he didn’t have a card reader. We had£6.60 in cash in our pockets which he wouldn’t accept. The charge for the journey he asked for was £7.00. He’s going to call back later to get the money. This is the worst’s situation I’ve experienced with your business in all the years I’ve dealt with you.
