“Needed a quick service to take my husband to hospital following a dog bite. Very fast service, they were with me within 20 minutes - I'd say even 10 minutes. The driver was professional, friendly and very safe driver. Got us to hospital and wished us well, and even helped us with which way to get in. What a character she is! So warm and witty but also very professional . On our return journey, we didn’t arrive back in Newport until 1.30am . We hadn’t pre booked our lift back but we phoned Cwmbran Travel asking them to pick us up and take us home. We had to change the pick up time constantly due to circumstances beyond our control. They were brilliant. Kept on moving the time for us until we finally knew exactly what time we would be arriving. Jan met us at 1.30am and took us all back home. We can’t thank you enough for looking after us. Best minibus service bar none. A big thank you to Cwmbran Travel and the lovely Jan. You will be the first company we call next time we need a lift.
