He was also able to challenge particularly unhelpful Irish Ferries deck staff. Once in Paris his ability to thread a 56 seater coach through rush hour traffic is exceptional.”

“It's comparable to any airport Costa/chain coffee shop, so I have no comments there - it is exactly what I expected. I made the mistake of trying to carry my food and luggage to a seat and dropped it en route. The staff could have easily ignored me and let me buy another, but a server rushed over to help and bought new food over to my table, despite being only one of a few on a busy service. Good people make all the difference when things go wrong!”
