“I've done first aid training previously, but I've never enjoyed it as much as I did yesterday with Amanda Powell. She held everyone's interest the whole way through, prompted us to answer questions, encouraged us to take part, was happy to go over things for anyone that wasn't 100% sure and never rushed any part of it. She was personable, friendly and funny which made what could have felt like an intense and difficult course, a fun and informative experience. I feel like for the first time, I'd be 100% comfortable to help someone with first aid. What I learned on this course is invaluable and might one day save someone's life. Thank you, Amanda... you are brilliant at what you do and I'll be keeping an eye out to see what other courses may available through Insight. As an additional note on Insight Workplace Health, I've had the pleasure of meeting both Liz and Ellie previously in a work capacity. These are the owners of the Company, and having met Amanda yesterday, it's evident to me that the way they run the company and their fantastic personalities are clearly embedded in their team culture. “I've been going here for rhe past 9yrs with ailments Ailments I have developed. From the moment I came through the door I felt Welcome. The staff in the Pharmacy are very helpful and will do all they can to find an answer to yoyr query. If an in depth answer is needed about medication the Pharmacist is on hand to answer and advise. In the Wellness Clinic the ladies you meet are Yvonne and Heidi. Sometimes the owner herself will greet you and sort you out reguarding your query or appointment. I cannot speak highly enough of the Practitioners who give treatments. Confidentiality is uppermost and adhered to. A warm welcoming Pharmacy and Wellness Clinic. I cannot speak highly enough of it. This year the Staff and Owner Alison Sparkes have won 3 National Awards. Their professional and excellent way of working is being recognised Nationally. Well done to Alison Sparks and the whole team.
