“I've been going here for rhe past 9yrs with ailments Ailments I have developed. From the moment I came through the door I felt Welcome. The staff in the Pharmacy are very helpful and will do all they can to find an answer to yoyr query. If an in depth answer is needed about medication the Pharmacist is on hand to answer and advise. In the Wellness Clinic the ladies you meet are Yvonne and Heidi. Sometimes the owner herself will greet you and sort you out reguarding your query or appointment. I cannot speak highly enough of the Practitioners who give treatments. Confidentiality is uppermost and adhered to. A warm welcoming Pharmacy and Wellness Clinic. I cannot speak highly enough of it. This year the Staff and Owner Alison Sparkes have won 3 National Awards. Their professional and excellent way of working is being recognised Nationally. Well done to Alison Sparks and the whole team. “Prior to Covid Vicky was providing weekly Art Therapy sessions for my son. She was flexible and wanted to find ways that best worked for him, so we were able to work with his school to enable his sessions to happen there. Vicky's approach is warm, professional and kind. He has really benefited from Vicky's support, he feels he can be himself, loves the art they do, and he has learned some strategies that he's transferring - like drawing his feelings and arguing them out to help process his thinking.
