“I'm very pleased with the service today. I was checked in for my Toyota CHR service by Paris, and she was polite, professional and informative. Her colleague was also very helpful when I returned to collect my vehicle. The service itself was brilliant, and I was very impressed with the video giving me an update, what a great touch. The mechanic was very thorough and professional, and he clearly knows his stuff. The wash and hoover was a nice bonus. Overall what a great setup you have, and I'm really pleased I have purchased both a vehicle and extended cover and warranty though Arnold Clark. Please can you thank the staff for me.”
