Popped in with some family and friends today and the service was second to none. The pizza was great. Fresh ingredients, sauce and hand stretched pizza dough. We ate in and the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Will be back again thank you.
We ordered three pizzas late of Friday night, they were made freshly in front of us, were ready in no time at all and were great. The new owner is a very pleasant guy who obviously values providing a good service for his customers. I wish him all the best going forward and would certainly recommend this restaurant.
We ordered some pizzas but the dough was clearly not real pizza dough. It was white, oily, and really HARD nothing like what we expected. The pizza looked nothing like the photos published on Uber Eats, which was very disappointing. We usually don’t waste food because our religion and common sense don’t allow it, but this pizza was impossible to eat. If I could give a rating below zero, I definitely would. This is by far the worst pizza I have ever eaten. The overall experience was bad and not what we hoped for. Very, very disappointed. Will never order again
Food arrived after 1hr and 30 minutes. Totally cold pizza arrived, store is like 15 minutes away from the postcode . Person on the phone was so rude and said why did you order from our store. Forgot the drink I ordered and came back with different drink. Dough was as tough as made long ago. Do not recommend this shop .
Ordered through deliveroo. The double Bundle: Cheesy Garlic Bread - Classic Side Garlic Bread - Classic Side King Pepperoni Pizza - 12" Large Regular Crust, Tomato Base, Mozzarella Fanta Orange 1.25L - 1.25L Twisted Hawaiian Pizza - 12" Large Regular Crust, Tomato Base, Mozzarella There was no delivery tracking. Clicked on the phone number and the line was always busy. Eta 22:00, food arrived 22:40 and warm. Hungry with low expectations and we couldn't be more disappointed. Unfortunately after one slice of each pizza, we couldn't decide which pizza we disliked more. Both garlic breads tasted the same (one is meant to be cheesy) and the base was warm yet stale? It got hard pretty quickly. Appreciated the sauces and the Fanta was great, cold. We won't be ordering from here again.
Nice little place I was not aware of but we went there as my little 3 year old wanted to go there.. they have good selection of Pizza, Calzones, desserts and milkshakes..
One of the best pizza's we've had in the UK! I can see why there are so many Fireaway stores opening up so quickly. Most likely our new regular. Definitely recommend trying them out!
Loved the piza, garlic bread and chicken. Drink was also awesome.
I have rated this low, to reflect MY experience, however, I do believe 4-5 stars would have been given had I not encountered this issue. ----- Unfortunate that I have to give 2 star as a review. The problem here is that they've purposely caused a dietary health risk by not omitting Dairy from my pizza. The most disappointing part is that before I ordered online I called the shop. I spoke to a really nice gentleman who (at the time) understood my dietary needs. He explained that I choose the "no cheese" option but to also leave a note upon checkout just to confirm what I need. I did just that. They didn't take seriously this one request and I got delivered a cheese pizza :( I did call back to explain, I'm not angry just really disappointed that I felt that a simple request wasn't met. Whoever was on the other end of the phone seemed sorry, he did try and offer a resolution of resending another pizza but by then I'm wasnt prepared to wait another 55minutes. Unfortunate.
