   What a massive cock up this was. Ordered online for collection - went a couple mins before it said order was ready, get to the place the staff say 20 mins before it's ready. Ok so we go and come back. In the meantime our order was 'exchanged' according to the member of staff. I'm assuming that means it was given to someone else? They offered to remake it and throw something extra in for free, said it would be 10 mins so we waited. When we go back in they messed it up again. After a different staff member said he'd sort it, We ended up with 2 pizzas that again, were wrong. 3 sides which weren't the ones we ordered. We had a vegetarian in our group so she couldn't end up eating anything, less than ideal after what was nearly an hour of waiting in the cold at this point. Never ever again.

   Worst Domino’s I have ever ordered from - not just one bad experience, we have used them multiple times over the last 5 years and they never improve. This time, we’ve absolutely had enough. The problems are too numerous to list, but here’s a few: - minimal amount of cheese - hardly any tomato sauce - microscopic toppings - burnt/ chewy/ sloppy dough - ‘bubbling’ in the base that results in lumps of crispy, inedible dough - pizza turning up looking like it’s been 6 six rounds with prime Mike Tyson, smashed all over the box and requiring reconstruction before eating I really could go on with the complaints, but I’ve completely lost it with these incompetent half-wits who appear completely oblivious to the barrage of poor reviews they keep receiving - the reviews certainly match the consistency of the pizza in this respect. I can’t leave without mentioning the cynical customer service - Peter blames Paul who passes you back to Paul who then blames another colleague who conveniently happens to be “off” that day and then, if all that fails, you need to speak to Head Office - it’s like they’ve rehearsed a script. Avoid this place at all costs - don’t say you weren’t warned.

   DAVID should be fired for the way he spoke to me on a delivery order, leaving me feeling intimidated and shocked to collecting 2 pizzas, absolutely disgusting, if you want to order from this place don’t as this delivery driver is very aggressive and will leave you feeling belittled after collecting pizzas, especially if it’s not collected instantly, absolute disgusting attitude and this man should be spoken to by managers and get some serious customer service training, how horrible to make someone feel like that collecting a pizza I get your job can be hard but don’t take it out on the customers. Thank you to the manager I spoke to on the phone for the support. Just not acceptable the way I was spoken to absolute disgrace.

   The online time for collection is usually not correct so best to check before leaving for collection. The team leader was very accomodating and helped prepare my order, preventing any further delays. Team looked like they were working hard!

   Went in to the store and order a pizza and chicken strips took 40 minuets, after 30 mins of waiting one of the 2 lads working there looked at me and said "what do you want" as if I hadn't been there avoid this place

   Just picked up large veg supreme. The name says supreme. Nothing supreme about it. Hardly any veg... Just eating dough. Called them but they expect me to make another trip to pick up again. Couldnt even deliver a replacement assuming it will have supreme veg. They expect me to make anoother trip.
